This User Agreement for Access to TrustApp (the “Terms”) applies to your access to and use of the extension, APIs, emails, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by TrustApp Ltd, a British Virgin Islands limited liability company (“TrustApp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Your Access to the ServicesBy using the Services, you state that:
You are not barred from using the Services under all applicable laws.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
Your Use of the ServicesSubject to your complete and ongoing compliance with these Terms, TrustApp grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Services. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you by these Terms.
Personal Use OnlyThe Services and all information provided or displayed on the TrustApp extension or through any API or other connection method (collectively “Content”) are available only for personal, non-commercial use. Use of the Services to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to a website other than the TrustApp extension for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales, is expressly forbidden. You may only take the results from a TrustApp API and reformat and display them, mirror the TrustApp extension, or send automated queries to TrustApp's system with express permission from TrustApp. If you wish to use the Services commercially, you must agree with TrustApp.
No Reverse EngineeringYou may not, and you agree not to or enable others to, copy (except as expressly permitted by these Terms), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the Services or any services provided by TrustApp, or any part thereof.
CopyrightAll information available through this website is the property of TrustApp or one of its affiliate or subsidiary companies (individually and collectively, “TrustApp”) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Services and to use this information solely for your private, non-commercial purposes. Changes to these TermsWe may make changes to these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the Effective Date above. By continuing to access or use the Services on or after the Effective Date of the revised Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, stop accessing and using our Services before the changes become effective.
TerminationTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we may suspend or terminate your ability to access or use the Services at any time for any or no reason, including for violating these Terms.The following sections will survive any termination of these Terms or your Account: Reverse Engineering, Copyright, Trademark, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Venue, Termination, and Miscellaneous.
MiscellaneousThese Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference into these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your access to and use of the Services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Suppose any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable. In that case, the unenforceable portion will be given effect to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may freely assign any of our rights and obligations under these Terms.
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and TrustApp.
